1.Analysis of Ecological Footprint and Ecological Rucksack of a Open-pit Coal Mine

摘  要: Coal is China's major energy, the composition of it has more than 70% at primary energy consumption, on the one hand, coal mining provides us with the main energy, on the other hand, it gives a tremendous pressure on ecology in the mining process. Analysis the ecological pressure of a open-pit coal mine with using the method of ecological footprint and ecological burden, the result shows that the ecological footprint of open-pit is the fossil energy land and woodland. Main ecological footprint is the fossil fuel energy land, The best way to restore the ecological carrying mainly to afforest. Meanwhile, pay attention to the mining areas and improve technology to reduce the amount of stripping and tunneling (for example, by optimizing design to increase the final pit slope angle and decline stripping ratio), lower power consumption and increase water recycling, the use of cleaner energy and biological energy and other measures can reduce the ecological pressure of open-pit coal mine.

摘  要: The issue on the climate change is not only an ecosystem problem, but also closely associated with the economy and the political. The carbon stocks in forests are making a significant contribution to alleviating the green house effect. Generally speaking, the forestry effects on absorbing carbon can be classified into three categories: Absorbing carbon directly by the forests; Absorbing carbon indirectly by timbers and other wood products; The mitigation caused by wood substitution. Therefore, we should increase the carbon stocks in both aspects: the interior and the extensive. The activities are as follows: forestation, enhancing the forests management, and also, by substituting the fuel-based energy with the biomass-based energy. In this way, it’s assumed that the forestry will make a great function in mitigating the green house effect.

摘  要: Ever since the breakout of the global financial crisis, a good many export-oriented Chinese enterprises① have turned to the domestic market beyond their international domains. As the crisis is easing up and the export environment is improving, it is crucial to keep the same environmental standards for products targeted at home and abroad. This article has stated that given the characteristics of the consumer demand and the nature of environmental protection as “public goods”, enterprises should increase the proportion of goods for domestic sales and adhere strictly to the environmental standards through the policy support and consumption guide of the government.

摘  要: The E-waste emerged along with the economic development and the improving of the science and technology, it was large in amount, harmful and high economic value, and these features make the recycling of electronic waste can not be disposed like daily trash. Current e-waste recycling system is in a state of dispersion management, it lacks the perfect recycling system and the effective supervision which cause serious environmental pollution and waste of resources. In order to change these problems, we should establish a sound legal system, implement the producer to extend the responsibility system, strengthen government supervision, construction a cooperation pattern of “Individual recycling household + Professional logistics companies+ specialized processing enterprise” to enhance the effective utilization of resources, reduce the hazards to our environment and health.

摘  要: The tailing is a kind of mine solid material that is hard to be re-sorted after the ore separation. Most of the mines in our country build tailings reservoirs on the earth’s surface to reserve the tailings. Due to the limit of the ore separation technique at that time, most of the tailings reserved contain a large number of valuable constituents and the grade is very high. The potential value is remarkable. While, the tailings piled up on the earth’s surface will cause a series of environmental impact including air pollution, land degradation, vegetation deterioration, geological disasters, etc. On the base of the concept of tailings recycling and low-carbon mining industry, this paper discusses the necessity of the tailings recycling management and the methods of tailings recycling. And taking the iron mine as example, it analyzes the economy of resources and the low-carbon effect of the tailings recycling, and concludes that the carbon reduction effect of tailings recycling is significant.

摘  要: This paper focuses on Xi’an Chan-Ba Ecological District as the research object, using SWOT analysis method, analysis the current situation, superiority, disadvantage and model selection of Chan-Ba Ecological District. Under the framework of government policy support, this article proposes that establish a low-carbon transport, low-carbon industry, low-carbon tourism, low-carbon buildings constitute the system of ecological city construction. It is considerable that these measures can help the government speed up the pace of construction of ecological city of Xi'an, enrich the theory of eco-city construction system. Meanwhile, it will provide relevant experience for other cities, realize the sustainable development of the city.

摘  要: Straw mulching, one of the core technologies of conservation tillage, can reduce the environmental pollution and field evaporation effectively and increase crop yield. However, there are different effects on the soil conditions in different amount of straw mulch. This paper tested on the different mulching treatment effect on soil quality, and sampled during the winter wheat’s sowing to overwinter time. Then analyzed the soil quality changes under different treatments during this period and did the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. It can be concluded that it is more reasonable to choose the scheme of 50% straw coverage during the winter wheat’s sowing to overwinter time.

摘  要: Low-carbon city is a hotspot under the background of climate change. Current problem on low-carbon urban planning was analyzed based on low-carbon city development practices. Low-carbon urban planning methods were studied from an ecosystem perspective, and new pathways for low-carbon city construction were suggested. Low-carbon development should be carried on from four aspects: urban structure, urban function, urban energy flow and urban material flow. The integrity and character of low-carbon city should be highlighted. Meanwhile, low-carbon city should be sustainable with a rapid urban economic development and increasing carbon emission reduction.

One of the most important responsibilities for the present government is to construct the ecological government, to establish the concept of the ecological civilization, to strengthen the function of ecological management and to promote the ecological development of economy and society. Also, the government, under the guidance of the scientific development concept and ecological value, should change its function to realize the harmonious development between man and nature based on strengthening the concept of ecological civilization, enhancing the system construction and developing ecological economy and education.

摘  要: At present, sustainable and environmental issue has become constraining bottleneck for China’s rapid development. Efficiency improving, energy saving, emission reduction and low-carbon development will be inevitable choices for our country’s future development. However, in many provinces, low-carbon development are wasteful and inefficient. How can evaluate eco-efficiency of low carbon enterprises, make the acquintance of regional actual conditions, and working out a development with characteristics, low-carbon economy path, are before us major issues. In the paper, an empirical analysis of low carbon enterprises’ eco-efficiency evaluation in Shanddong Province is furnished. Firstly, on the basis of calculating the weight of each index by AHP, the paper calculates the eco-efficiency evaluation comprehensive index of low carbon enterprises to provide the samples for Artificial Neural Network learning. Then, it trains and tests the sample data with Neural Network technology in order to assess comprehensive eco-efficiency evaluation of enterprises in Shanddong Province. And the analysis is recommendable to other provinces.
