摘  要: Party organization is the grassroots organizations of the communist party of China. As it being in colleges, it has its own specific characteristic. Thus we shall take into account about the universality and the specificity on the construction of party organization. Firstly, the construction of colleges learning organization is complying with era inevitable choice of development. In today’s volatile international situation, of which there are both opportunities and challenges. Colleges ranging on the front of ideas and cultures, it has to strengthen study to get the chance and meet challenge; our domestic economic development calls for colleges “study”. Meanwhile, it is also the positive response to the call of Construction of Marxist learning party from the communist party. Secondly, on construction of study-type party, it can solve the problem existing in current colleges’ constructions that keep Party organization fresh and up-to-date, innovation and development.

摘  要: This paper deploys Logit model, and decomposes variables by using O-B decomposition to analyze CET4 marks of graded teaching empirically. The result shows graded teaching can help to enhance CET4 marks. The teachers’ first school record and the graded students are studying in, and genders of students are the significant variables that affect students’ CET4 marks.

摘  要: Traditional teaching methods rely on the text books, teachers analyze problems, clarify the logical structure of materials, and focus on the teacher’s explanations, so that to promote students’ understanding. As long as teachers really see students’ thinking activities as their teaching center and seek students to participate whole heartedly, students can be interested in study, and gradually new teaching methods can play its due role. By the designation of incentive system and the reform of assessment methods which can create happy approach and meet the needs of the students inside, encourage students to take the initiative to learn, fun to learn, to achieve a series of educational goals such developing students’ ability to use knowledge, professional thinking skills, logical thinking and language skills.

摘  要: In recent years, in order to promote the connotation development, enhance the quality of talents training, and implement what the spirit of the national relevant documents suggests, colleges and universities have made a variety of plans to foster excellent talents. This paper, while illustrating the overseas training pattern for excellent talents, summarizes ten domestic excellent talents training patterns by the research of the training plans in colleges and universities, analyzing their advantages and disadvantages, and offering some suggestions as well.

摘  要: Through vertical cross structure analysis of sports culture, education and school sports, this article proposes that the development of “the Campus Sports Spirit” is the root of the construction of youth sports culture. The dissemination function of school sports education is the basis of promoting sports culture to take root on campus. On this basis, the development and expansion of sport itself is a process of the core values of society, which is rooted in education in the form of sports culture and is accepted by youth from the perspective of practice.

9.Empirical Research on Gender Difference and Objective Factors of Adolescents’ Acceptance to “Neutral”

摘  要: Based on the interaction and regression analysis to the survey data of six provinces, we found that the female adolescents’ acceptance to ‘neutral’ is significantly higher than male adolescents; adolescents’ acceptance to ‘neutral’ has positive correlation with their parents and people around; male adolescents’ acceptance to ‘neutral’ has significant positive correlation with the media acceptance to ‘neutral’ and negative correlation with the number of male role models which were established by schools; the higher family expectations to children, the higher acceptance level to ‘neutral’ by female adolescents. Based on these, we propose to pay more emphasis on female adolescents’ gender roles guiding; put gender roles education into the formal school education system; give full play to the positive gender education guiding role of the family and the media, and other suggestions.

摘  要: College students’ physical health level caused widespread concern in recent years. Public physical education quality of higher education need to be further reinforced. As institutional measures, physical fitness test has been widely carried out in universities in ten years. It is positive intervention effect to promote university students’ physical health level is gradually reflected. In general, college physical health test work is still in its primary stage, its implementing methods remains to be further explored, reasoning, the quality of the work itself remains to be further improved. To ensure sustainable and healthy development of university students’ physical fitness test, some problems must be determinate, such as how the university students’ physical fitness test and colleges and universities sports teaching proceed in coordination, how they complement each other, how to coordinate related management department to complete the test work, to guarantee the representation and authenticity of the data. In order to improve the construction level of the physique test work, by observing the actual working practice, consulting literature and interview about the college teachers, in this paper three measures are proposed to be established in future. It contains creating test information interactive platform, improving teachers’ knowledge level and establishing test special incentive methods, etc.
