摘  要: Internal control in the enterprise has always attracted considerable interest in recent years. Throughout the relevant domestic internal control research literature, most of them outstanding performance on formal research methods, internal control effectiveness of the all-round, and research the subject and content hollowing out. In China, the “18 guidelines” about internal control is bound to bring new internal and external environment for the implementation of internal control in 2010. In this paper, the factors affecting the effectiveness of internal controls are analyzed deeply using the data from listed companies in the new environment, so that companies could understand and implement the internal control better.

摘  要: Labor relations issues of high-tech companies are significant in the current China’s economic society. Characteristics of labor relations in China’s high-tech enterprises are different from its characteristics in traditional industries. Characteristics of labor relations in China’s high-tech enterprises have an external market-driven, individual, externalization and flexibility of other features. The core problems that these features caused are decreased organizational commitment, more difficult to retain core staff and core technology training and increase the accumulation of difficulties. To solve these problems depends largely on the adjustment of labor relations management strategy. To establish a sound scientific management of labor relations system is crucial for the development of high-tech enterprises.

摘  要: Traditional teaching methods rely on the text books, teachers analyze problems, clarify the logical structure of materials, and focus on the teacher’s explanations, so that to promote students’ understanding. As long as teachers really see students’ thinking activities as their teaching center and seek students to participate whole heartedly, students can be interested in study, and gradually new teaching methods can play its due role. By the designation of incentive system and the reform of assessment methods which can create happy approach and meet the needs of the students inside, encourage students to take the initiative to learn, fun to learn, to achieve a series of educational goals such developing students’ ability to use knowledge, professional thinking skills, logical thinking and language skills.

摘  要: Entrepreneurial psychological counseling of college student work is very complex and diversified. As of the concept of psychological capital, this paper briefly analyzed the working train of entrepreneurial psychological counseling of college student, according to the connotation of confidence, hope, optimism, tenacity. Under the guidance of the working arrangement, this paper systematically studied the main work of entrepreneurial psychological counseling of college students. Based on respecting for the individual psychological needs, focusing on entrepreneurial team construction, setting up psychological counseling platform and expanding entrepreneurial counseling perspective, this paper discusses the direction and trend of entrepreneurial psychological counseling of college students under the influence of psychological capital.

摘  要:  In a market economy, a good enterprise is the creation of a group of excellent staffs. Among the assets of the enterprise, the employees are the most important part. To make the users or consumers satisfy with enterprises and products, the first step is to make staffs satisfied, continuously increasing their loyalty to the company. Therefore, the modern enterprise must attach importance to people-oriented, and actively establish the relationship of respect, communication and trust with employees to improve employees’ satisfaction through strengthening the cultivation of the sense of identity, trust, pride and pleasure to employees. 摘  要: Since the reform and opening up, reform of the economic structure and social structure has brought about profound changes in labor relations. There is a significant increase in mass incidents that were caused by labor conflicts in recent years. Mass labor conflicts occur frequently gradually lead to social and domestic circles concerned. Therefore, this paper analyzes the causes of conflict between labor and capital in China from labor remuneration, labor contracts and lift changes and diversified demands of the new generation of employees. This paper proposed countermeasures mainly from the micro-perspective of human resources.

摘  要: In China, intervention of local government and local general federation of trade unions often serves as an important factor in resolving strikes. The conflict, which took place at the Guanxing factory of Shenzhen in 2011, however, was resolved without such direct intervention from government. By providing legal help for workers and bargaining with the employer on their behalf, a law office played a key role in the negotiation. The successful resolution of the Guanxing factory strike demonstrates that constructive and rational bargaining, with a trusting legal agency, is a way to realize the autonomy of both employer and worker interests. It also provides a new thinking towards saving collective bargaining from predicament.

摘  要: The research on the relations of labor relations and organizational performance has important theoretical and practical significance. It is objective requirement that creates a harmonious labor relation atmosphere to improve organizational performance. This paper systematically reviews the literature on corporate labor relations and organizational performance at home and abroad. This paper analyses the differences of research between domestic and abroad on the basic of literature review. Strategies and measures of promoting labor-management cooperation to improve organizational performance are proposed on the basis of reference of Cooke Model.

摘  要: This paper analyses the main features of the development of Xiuzhou chemical and blended fabrics industry cluster in Zhejiang province. On the basis of structural characteristics of it, this paper analyses effects on Xiuzhou chemical and blended fabrics industry cluster whhcih promotes regional development. The main problems of Xiuzhou chemical and blended fabrics industry cluster are excessive competition within the business and ecological problems. Strategies for ecologically sustainable development of it are the implementation of cleaner production, enhancing resource utilization, speeding up transformation and promoting technological innovation.
