摘  要: By the study method of documentation, it can be found that in the thoughts of Spencer and Dewey, Physical Education (P.E.) supports the whole development of modern education as a critically natural part. During educating, the value of P.E. not only shows in aspect of physical health and strength building, but what matters more is that it is the precondition to make other reasonable values exit, and also the prerequisite for human beings to break away from the period of animal and think innovation at a higher level. No matter in which educational system, it should be traced back to nature. We human beings are always trying to get rid of the control of nature. However, we will find that only being in harmony with nature can we become human beings thoroughly.

摘  要: Having analyzed the mutual influence among sports culture, education and school P.E., we explored the features of Chinese and American campus sports culture. We have found that developing “Campus Sports Spirit” [1] is the fundament of building teenager’s sports culture and the dissemination of school education is crucial in promoting sports culture to root in campus. By comparing the establishment of core social values of teenager both in China and America, we believe that Chinese teenager’s views of sport value, which are formed by the dissemination of sports culture, hardly have anything with the establishment of their core social values, while sports culture itself indeed has a significant impact on American teenager in the process of their social core values establishing.

摘  要: Through vertical cross structure analysis of sports culture, education and school sports, this article proposes that the development of “the Campus Sports Spirit” is the root of the construction of youth sports culture. The dissemination function of school sports education is the basis of promoting sports culture to take root on campus. On this basis, the development and expansion of sport itself is a process of the core values of society, which is rooted in education in the form of sports culture and is accepted by youth from the perspective of practice.

摘  要: Sports is one of the forms of education. The school sports development must follow the teenagers’ characteristics of body, heart development to implement. According to this, the school sports culture construction is based on the school physical education teaching and school physical education and extra-curricular activities. The core task of school physical culture is putting the “building body” and “building mind” into the school physical education and extra-curricular exercise. Building body should reflect prosperity, democracy, civilization, harmony. Build mind should reflect liberty, equality, fair, rule of law, etc. So, cultivate a “patriotic, dedicated, sincere, friendly” physical and mental health, strong youth.

摘  要: Having analyzed the statistic of our students taking part in the test of National Students Physical Health Standard in 2012, we found that 48.43% of the students reached the standard of figure; and in special physical qualities, such as endurance, strength and explosive power, more than 99.39% of them have passed the standard. In terms of the general standard of our nation, the physical quality of students in our school has been improved, which has a certain relation with the teaching arrangement that some tests of National Students Physical Health have been blended into the PE curricula, and also has a certain relation with the close combination of the evaluation of students and the graduation with National Students Physical Health.
