摘  要: From the perspective of family corporate lifecycle, this paper explores family enterprise cost model and game model of the trust governance in different enterprise life stages. Due to the traditional Chinese cultural values and reality constraints, Chinese family enterprises exert greater emphasis on trust on the family level than on the social level. However, over-emphasis on trust on the family level actually hinders the sustainable development of Chinese family enterprises. Confronted with fierce market competition, they must take new perspectives to construct new trust mechanism models and to strive for trust between family enterprises and professional executives. They are to ensure long-term competitiveness and gain win-win results between shareholders and employees.

摘  要: The theory of traditional Du Pont Financial Analysis System is based on the purpose of maximizing stockholders’ equity and the core evaluating indicator of Du Pont Financial Analysis System is “Return on Equity”, therefore, it reflects concerns on maintaining and adding values on the Euity, however, it is undeniable that the Du Pont Analysis System has some thorny problems such as it over-depends financial information, omits related information on Cashflows and encourages the shortsighteness in Front Office. From my perspective, the Du Pont Analysis System should take “Per Share Operating Net Cash Flow” into core considerations, and meanwhile, adding the index of EPS(Earnings Per Share) can better fulfill every stakeholder’s request in business. This paper applies the Du Pont Analysis System with a instance, expecting to prove the application value of the Creative Du Pont Analysis System.

摘  要: Organizational learning is the most important strategic resources for technology-based enterprises to seize advantages in the dynamic and competitive environment. This paper analyzes the effects of differences of environment on the organizational learning methods and technology-based companies’ performance. We are based on the conception mode of the relationships between multi dimension degrees of behavioral ways of organizational learning and enterprises’ performances, taking IT companies in Zhu Jiang delta region as research examples. The result of the study is that the differences of mobility and competition of outside environment would adjust distinctively on enterprises and organizational learning behavioral ways. That is to say, the mobility of environment takes effect on outside research learning, while the competition of environment affects on outside usage learning.

摘  要: This paper starts from the theory of international trade specialization, putting forward a four-level theoretical framework of International R&D specialization, which argues that the four levels of International R&D (Research and Development) specialization are classed according to inter-industries, differentiated products, value chain links and R&D modules. The four affect each other. A country together with its economic entities’ status of International R&D specialization is determined by its position of International R&D specialization at these four different levels. On that basis, this paper analyses the revelation International R&D specialization brings to developing countries.

摘  要: The technological SME's inherent high-tech, high innovation, high investment, high yield and high-risk characteristics determines its low probability of success, they have their own growth paths. Based on the life-cycle of enterprise to create knowledge-based enterprises, the problems of entrepreneurship, growth, maturity and transformation were studied by innovative theory and enterprise growth theory. Demonstrated the technological SME's growth path should create the stand basic point by innovation and integrate innovation resources to construct the core competence first, then enlarge the enterprise scale based on knowledge stock and have a knowledge transformation for the future. The concrete growth modle in every stage was put forward. Pioneering period is mainly the stage of market application; Growth stage is mainly the stage of knowledge acquisition and Integration of knowledge; Maturity period is mainly the balance stage of knowledge and enterprise scale expansion; Metamorphosis stage is mainly the stage of enterprise knowledge transformation.

摘  要: With increasingly fierce competition in dairy markets, dairy enterprises concern that how to choose an efficient channel type in order to enhance competitiveness .This article considers three types of marketing channels according to the different control capacity of the dairy enterprises: "property integration" channel, "Property + contract" channel," contract of integration "channel. This article establishes the performance evaluation index system of dairy marketing channel from the financial performance, quality of service and channel running; and evaluates the performance of different types of marketing channels by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; it provides valuable reference for marketing channel management.

摘  要: Enterprise practice and research indicate that interface management has a huge influence on enterprise's innovative performance. Whether interface management plays a role for the overall performance of enterprise by improving enterprise innovative performance should be researched. Therefore, this paper brings forward a conceptual model of the relationship between interface management and enterprise performance, carries on an exploratory empirical study on some large and medium sized enterprises in Dalian, verifies this model within certain range, and reveals that interface management combining with enterprise strategy and the marketplace environment can bring an efficacy into play.

摘  要:  The significance of E-government construction lies in obtains public's approval, and solves the actual problem for the public. Therefore, we use the foothold of the public degree of satisfaction to appraise E-government will be more objective, more scientific. This article constructed the public satisfaction index system of e-government based on the characteristics of e-government, and carried on the example analysis with fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation's method.

摘  要: This article analyzes the principle and characteristics of value innovation, proposes the approach of the strategic reconstruction of tourism enterprises. And to economic-type hotel as an example, discusses the strategic reconstruction of tourism enterprises based on the value innovation. It comes to the conclusion that by four steps of removing, reducing, increasing, and the created, tourism enterprises are able to draw a new value curve and provide completely new and superior customer value, or to make a significant improvement of customer value in order to open up new market space for their own.

摘  要: In the complicated international and domestic context of world economic integration, international financial crisis and the economic restructuring and development in China, Enterprise in China is facing a severe challenge in their development and improvement of HRM. In this article, an enterprise capability iceberg model is built according to the enterprise capability theory and quality iceberg model from the aspect of business ecology. Six strategic recommendations on how to improve the HRM in Enterprise are also put forward for experiment in this article.
