摘  要: Multiple intelligence theory opens up new horizons for human intelligent development. This paper tries to make some exploring on English teaching, and put forwards some teaching strategies, such as grades strategy, teaching materials strategy, the using strategy, detection strategies of Multiple Intelligences Teaching and so on. The author hopes to improve English teaching effectiveness through these strategies.

摘  要: In the past decades, Chinese teenagers’ physical conditions have steadily deteriorated. This has promoted concerned Chinese government and relevant departments to put forward some policies such as (Chinese state council [2007] No7) to rectify the situation but the results are not satisfying. Different social sectors, especially sports academicians, are worried about the situation. Discussions focus on many defections in China’s education system and Physical Education. The root cause of all these is the inappropriateness of concept on Physical Education. Employing methods of documentation and logical analysis, here in this article Coubertin’s idea of reviving Olympics and his concept on PE are analyzed in order to give reference and inspiration to current China’s teenager Physical Education. Results: Coubertin’s concept on PE involves four aspect----“improving physical strength”, “developing respect for rules”, “molding characteristics” and “maintaining peace”. In Coubertin’s mind, the value of PE lies in: it can not only improve physical strength but built up confidence; not only cultivate teamwork awareness but regulate behaviors; not only activate body but mold character; not only maintain peace but promote friendship.

3.Test and Analysis on Chinese Young Female Basketball Players’ Physique Health Condition and Basic Skills

摘  要: As part of Chinese youth, the physical health of outstanding junior women basketball players should be greatly concerned, because there are close relationship between their physique health condition and their basketball skills. Based on the comparison between physical health and basic skills testing before and after winter training for 81 outstanding junior women basketball players, this paper will research their relationships using Test Method of Index, Statistics analysis, Methods of literature, Methods of investigation and interview, etc. From this paper, we can find that the status of physique health condition and basic skills testing for junior women basketball players in China as follow: there is a big gap for physical health and skills level, compared with sport of basketball in developed countries. From this test data, we can find that the coaches of junior women basketball don’t have clear understanding for the purpose and tasks of basic training. The recommendations as follow: in order to improve their training quality, and regulate their technology and movement, we should strengthen physique health condition and basic skills testing for junior women basketball players. Besides, in order to improve their sport performance, we should take scientific, systematic, standardized, and no injure training.

摘  要: This paper uses literature and logic analysis, first of all to define the concept of health and health quality that the health is not equivalent to the health quality but is the ideal state of the health quality. The health quality of the young including physical, psychology and social qualities. Secondly, the article explores the nature of PE from the perspective of Chinese Phonology and defines the essential function of the PE as "to enhance the physique and to improve the health of the students" and "to heritage sports culture." Thirdly, the article analyzes the roles and responsibilities of the school sports in the promotion of the health quality of the young, as an important way to develope the physical health and to improve the mental health, and to achieve a role both unique and irreplaceable in the youth socialization, in the promotion of the youth physical, psychological and social qualities. Finally, the article analyzes the new requirements of the PE to improve the health of young people, proposes the "sunshine sports" and to build an internal and external network of organizations and competitions among the schools, families and communities associated with the youth sports, to strengthen the monitoring and research of the physical health of young people, establish and improve the monitoring mechanisms to ensure that school sports and other measures to improve the health quality of the Children and youth.

5.Implementing the Sport and Health Institute’s Recommended Curriculum Content of Public Sports and Health Instructor: A Baseline Assessment

摘  要: In June and July 2008, the teaching team of public sports and health course administered a questionnaire survey to representative of all accredited sports and health major students of Soochow University and public sports and health instructors in Soochow. The survey assessed the extent to percentage of students liked to take the public health and sports course and wished to be a public sports and health instructor as career., percentage of public sports and health instructors were satisfied with the curriculum ever they had learned correlatively. The finding indicates that more than 80% of students majoring in Sports and Culture studies interest in taking the Public Health and Sports curriculum as an elective course; more than 50% of the students majoring in Sports and Culture studies wish to choose Public Sports and Health Instructor as a career. In addition, over 50% Public Health and Sports Instructor feel dissatisfied with their teaching material and teaching method, which are felt to have lost touch with reality. The finding suggests that the curriculum content and teaching methods of the Public Sports and Health Instructor need to be further perfected to bring in practice expertise.

6.The Research on Intervention in Subhealth of High-level Women Talents

摘  要: High-level women talents, as the backbone of workplaces, are more liable to physical and mental diseases, shouldering heavy burden from family and work. The 12-week intervention has been carried out in order to find out the main factors that influence their subhealth in Henan through the questionnaire method, instrument survey, experiment method, and mathematical statistic method. The findings are (1) the subhealth occurrence rate and the questionnaire scores of the subjects have respectively decreased 25.86% and 2.47 points, with marked differences (P<0.01); (2) the 9 biological indices (blood viscosity, vital capacity, oxygen deficit, cerebral blood supply, mood index, memory index, nerve force, reaction and pH value) of the subjects have been improved to varying degrees and with marked differences (P<0.01); (3) the subhealth state of the subjects can be greatly improved through effective measures against different subhealth types.

摘  要: Teacher training is one of the most important measures to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff. Through the investigation on the rural schools in the District of Dabie Mountain, we find a series of problems remaining to be solved including low academic qualification, irrational construction of gender and age, deficiency of professional quality and capability, the dearth of guarantee of training time and a lack of rationality in the setting of the training contents. Based on the establishment of the content, management and evaluation system of teacher training project, the thesis aims at establishing an Integrative double track operation system of pre & post teaching training through the construction of the mode of “teaching practice with overall responsibility and exchange training” so as to offer the possibility of practical innovation for the rural physical education teacher training.

摘  要:  PE teachers’ educational qualification is the only standard to measure the level of professionalism and the ability of vocational work. This paper investigated and studied the educational qualification of PE teachers completely, carefully and deeply, who work at different; evels and kinds of schools in Xinjiang, using methods of investigating document, visiting experts and adding up data. Research indicated that the educational qualification of PE teachers in Xinjiang is lower than other provinces, minority national Peteachers lower than Han national teachers and there is little chance to promote PE teachers’ educational qualifications. Therefore, the first problem to be solved urgently for workers in Xinjiang sports is to take measures to widen the road of promoting PE teachers’ educatioanla qualificatioans. then to eliminate the situation of low educatioanla qualifications.

摘  要:  Physical education (PE) is an important part of higher education. It is the main force for achieving the goal and task of higher education, and a driving force behind the development of physical education in institutions of higher education. It is of great practical significance to build up a PE teaching team that is sufficient in number, excellent in quality of teaching, reasonable in structure and features good professional ethics and innovation ability, so as to speed up the development of physical education in higher education institutions in the west regions and narrow the higher education gap between the western regions and the eastern regions. Using the literature method, questionnaire method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, this article makes a comprehensive and systemic investigation and analysis of the current situation and characteristics of PE teacher flows in 62 regular institutions of higher educations in western China. The result shows that PE teacher outflow is widespread in west universities and colleges; PE talents in the west largely flow to large cities and coastal areas in terms of geography and to specialized school and key universities in terms of school types; PE talented pool at comprehensive colleges and prestigious universities enjoys positive growth while other colleges and universities have negative growth; PE teachers below 45 are mainly responsible for the loss. The study also notes that dominant loss of PE teachers in higher education institutions co-exists with the hidden loss; the loss features wide range, high-level teaching staff, large scale and fast development. Base on this analysis, countermeasures such as an innovative personnel system, improvement of income and treatment, building of favorable environment for development are put forward.

摘  要: Teachers’ pressure is such a negative emotional experience that realized by teachers in their work and this experience can do harm to their self-dignity and health. It is considered to be a U-shape relationship between pressure and work achievement by organizational behavioristics. More pressure, more work achievement. But there is a peak work achievement. Once this peak is reached, then more pressure means to lower the work achievement and it harms the health of teachers. In the recent decade, teachers’ pressure is increasing. As one subject, PE classes are put on more emphasis thus PE teachers’ get more pressure. This pressure has its own characteristics. To understand their source of pressure is helpful in lessening the pressure and solving the problem. By the methods of researching, documenting data, interviewing and measuring, the author made this research and analysis. This research shows that the pressure results from society, school and personal reasons. It is concluded that more than 95.19% of all college PE teachers feel the pressure and this one is a little higher than those of other teachers. Society, university and individual all contribute to this pressure. But profession status in society and heavier work load contribute more to the high pressure. But the three factors relate to each. College teachers should also improve their own ability in order to adapt themselves to the Sunshine Sports Movement and PE class reform. It is also the need of social role-play and subject development.
